In suit instituted after election to enjoin issue of school bonds, contentions that petition was invalid because changed after signing, and that resolution calling election was invalid because based on invalid petition, and because changed without authority after passage, are barred. 1929 Comp. St. § 120-711. 2. Failure to notify state tax commission of proposed issue of school bonds and to obtain information as to valuation, etc., held not cause to enjoin the issue. 1929 Comp. St. §Â§ 33-3801, 33-3802.
