Evid. 404(b) to show an element of an aggravated offense of repeated abuse; however, evidence of the earlier acts should be presented only if the defendant has been convicted of the primary offense without the evidence of earlier acts. The court would not consider Warehams assertion of vagueness because his brief contained no supporting analysis.
